What We Do

Education Assistance

We believe that education is the most effective way to empower individuals to lift themselves out of poverty. The financial aid we give to our scholars serves this purpose. On top of covering their tuition and miscellaneous fees, we also provide for the following:

School-related expenses - With their school supplies, uniforms, and other school-related expenses provided for, our scholars are able to comply with school requirements and excellently accomplish their projects.

Weekly allowances - Our scholars no longer need to worry about where to get funds for transportation and meals.

Character Formation

LIFE Groups - All Real LIFE scholars are plugged into LIFE Groups where they learn about leadership, integrity, faith, and excellence. This is also where they can share their personal concerns and receive much-needed guidance and encouragement from their coaches.

Scholar Updates - During these monthly updates, the scholars are able to share their struggles and wins with one another, building a community they know they can turn to for support.

Leadership Development

We believe in investing in students because they are the future leaders of the nation. Our goal is not only to produce graduates but also to contribute to empowering a generation of future leaders who will make an impact in the different sectors of society.

Special Workshops - Both the Real LIFE national office and local centers regularly hold workshops for practical life skills and well-being. These arm the scholars with competence and knowledge to get ahead in life.

Freedom to choose their course strand or program - Giving our senior high school and college scholars this choice helps them grow in their strengths.

Scholarship Application Flow

01 - Scouting

- Scouting in the scholarship process refers to the proactive identification and recruitment of talented individuals who may be eligible for scholarships.

- By actively scouting for talented individuals, organizations can ensure that their scholarship programs reach the most deserving students.
02 - Applicant's Orientation

- Applicants’ Orientation is one of the main parts of the application process. It is an online session designed to inform and guide the applicants about the overview of the scholarship program, explain the benefits and responsibilities, and discuss the qualifications and requirements upon application.

- The goal of the orientation is to ensure that scholars understand their rights and responsibilities, and to provide them with the necessary tools that can help them overcome the application process.

- Please take note that FAILURE TO ATTEND THE ORIENTATION WILL INVALIDATE THE APPLICATION.
03 - Online Application

- After attending the orientation, the applicants will be given a QR code or link for google form in order to proceed with the application. The applicants need to fill out all the details needed and submit all the requirements within the given time frame.
04 - Applicant Shortlist

- The Real Life local team will undergo a paper screening with all the applicants' submitted documents. After the paper screening, the local team will update the applicants who will proceed with the next step of the application.

- Reminder: INCOMPLETE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED.
05 - Panel Screening

- Panel screening is a face-to-face interview with the National Team and Local team in order to carefully evaluate the applicants’ applications and know them more. Victory pastors, psychologists, social workers, and Every Nation Campus missionaries are also invited to join the panel screening. After this, the local center teams will make another shortlist of those who are qualified to proceed to the next stage.

- Please take note that FAILURE TO ATTEND THE GIVEN SCHEDULE WILL INVALIDATE THE APPLICATION.
06 - Family Assessment

- This is conducted to verify the information given by applicants in their application forms and panel screenings. This is also an opportunity for our local center teams to meet the applicants' families and explain the scholarship program to them. We value home visits because we want to build partnerships with the families of our scholars and know how we can provide the best support to their children. After the home visits, the local center teams will send the final list of recommended applicants to the Real LIFE national office.

- Please take note that only selected applicants after the panel screening will continue with the next process of the application.
07 - Application Result

- Here we come! After all the application process, selected applicants will be part of the Real Life Scholarship program.

- Once all local center teams have submitted their recommendations, the scholarship team at the Real LIFE national office will deliberate and select the applicants who will be accepted into the program.

- After the final deliberation, chosen applicants will receive a letter from the Real LIFE national office, confirming their acceptance into the scholarship program.
